Year 9 Reading
Experts tell us that to get better at reading we need to practise reading. So part of your home learning this term is to read a book and write about it.
Steps 2 Success:
1. Choose a book (fiction or non-fiction, but not a magazine).
2. Read it.
3. Choose any 2 tasks.
4. Complete them and hand it in by the deadline.
Tasks:

Which parts of this book stick most clearly in your mind? Why?

How does the book open? it engages your interest if it grabs you instantly, how does it do that?
